A few months back, “Forbes” released a list of ‘The 100 Highest-Paid Entertainers.’ Now, a new survey asked more than 6,600 Americans to tell them what they thought of each . . . whether their opinion was favorable, unfavorable, or neither. Here’s the Top 5:

  1. The Rock . . . 82% had a favorable opinion of him, 6% unfavorable.
  2. Jackie Chan . . . 76% favorable, 6% unfavorable.
  3. Will Smith . . . 77% favorable, 11% unfavorable.
  4. Paul McCartney . . . 68% favorable, 8% unfavorable.
  5. Adam Sandler . . . 71% favorable, 13% unfavorable.

 

CANELO ALVAREZ just signed the biggest deal in the history of sports. It’s worth $365 MILLION. Canelo has got a record of 50 wins, one loss, and two draws. That loss came at the hands of FLOYD MAYWEATHER in 2013, and Canelo says he wants a rematch.

 

There’s a company that’s digitally scanning celebrities’ faces, so they can be recreated in the future. In other words, they can keep on working long after they’re dead.

 

TIM MCGRAW posted a photo of a medical walking boot on his right foot, and captioned it, “Too much spearfishing and beach volleyball. Two stress fractures.” Stress fractures can take six to eight weeks to heal.  They’re an “overuse injury” so doctors are probably yelling at him to pull back on his workouts and stop acting like he’s still a 20-year-old.  Tim’s 51. On Monday, he’ll be releasing the lyric video to his song, “Neon Church”.

 

Ariana and Pete have called it quits – and it looks like Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin might be next. Despite getting secretly married recently, the couple might be heading toward a split with the way things are going for them. After news of Selena Gomez’s mental breakdown broke out, Justin was seen outside of his church being comforted by his friends & has been emotional over the past couple of days.

 

GARTH BROOKS held a press conference yesterday to announce he’ll be doing a multi-year stadium tour. It’s looking like 10 to 12 cities each year for three years.  No dates yet. His wife Trisha Yearwood will NOT be opening, but “might turn up occasionally as a surprise guest.”  He’s planning to bring some younger acts that are ready to make the move to larger arenas.

 

CAROLL SPINNEY is retiring from “Sesame Street”. He has played Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch since Day One, in 1969.  He’s 84 years old.

MORGAN WALLEN is currently opening for Jake Owen, but he’ll be doing his own headline tour next year. It’ll kick off January 5th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin . . . and wrap March 30th in Salt Lake City. March 7th in Lancaster

 

When LUKE BRYAN was a little boy, he’d judge his neighbors by the type of Halloween candy they put out. Snickers Bars and Reese’s Cups scored high marks, chocolate popcorn balls . . . not so much.

 

“The Conners” had 10.6 million viewers on Tuesday, which is DOWN from last season’s premiere of “Roseanne” . . . but it’s almost exactly where “Roseanne” left off at the end of last season.

 

An “NYPD Blue” prequel series is in the works. It’ll be about the son of DENNIS FRANZ’s character, Andy Sipowicz . . . who’s trying to earn his detective badge and solve his father’s murder.

 

“Orange is the New Black” is coming to an end after its next season, which will be its last. There’s no word yet when the show is coming back, but it’ll probably be sometime next summer.

 

“Thursday Night Football” at 8:15 p.m. on the Fox. The Arizona Cardinals host the Denver Broncos.
