MAUREEN MCCORMICK . . . a.k.a. Marcia Brady . . . wanted to buy the “Brady Bunch” house when it went up for sale, but she figured the other bidders, like eventual winner HGTV, had deeper pockets. Still, she thinks the network will do a “great job” renovating it.

NBC didn’t even want Jimmy Fallon to host in their line-up. He only got CONAN O’BRIEN’s old job on “Late Night” because “Saturday Night Live” boss LORNE MICHAELS lobbied for him. Jimmy says, “NBC didn’t even want me.  I remember them saying, ‘Really, Jimmy Fallon?  His movies are terrible.’ “But Lorne was like, ‘Don’t worry, he works well and plays well with others.’  Like I was a kindergartner.” It still took four meetings before they gave him the job.  But of course, the rest is history:  He took over for Conan in 2009, then got the “Tonight Show” from JAY LENO in 2014.

JUSTIN MOORE was one of the smartest students in his high school graduating class. In fact, he was the salutatorian, which is the second smartest. He actually enjoyed school and did so well that he always figured he’d go to college and get a degree.  He also played music a lot and his parents noticed he had some talent . . . so they encouraged him to move to Nashville.  “Unlike most parents, my parents said, ‘If you wanna do [music], go chase this.  You can always go back to school.’  It’s typically the opposite of that.  And so, I owe them a lot, obviously.  Understatement of the century. “For them to give me that opportunity.  My dad got an extra job to help me pay bills in Nashville when I couldn’t do it on my own.”

Every new performer gets compared to a more famous artist at some point. For LUKE COMBS, it’s Chris Stapleton.  But there are reasons . . . besides both of them being big, burly dudes with beards. Luke’s “This One’s for You” is the fastest-selling debut album to go Platinum since Chris’s “Traveller”.  Plus, they’re both up for Top Male Vocalist at the CMAs. The next question is will Luke have the same kind of staying power. Well Luke recorded a ton of songs in January and hoping to record a lot more this January.

Barbara Bush, daughter of former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush, tied the knot with her fiancé, screenwriter Craig Coyne, on Sunday in an intimate secret wedding.

Jimmy Kimmel had Chris Stapleton on his show and he absolutely killed it on their “Wing It and Sing It” segment.  Jimmy explained that Chris used to love the show “Full House”, specifically John Stamos. So, the song they had Chris sing was sort of a loving tribute to his “hero”, John Stamos.  He had…
