DEMI LOVATO is still in the hospital, and “doing okay, but still being monitored.” A source says she’s heading straight to rehab after she’s released. Meanwhile, more details have emerged about the weeks before her overdose. A source says she surrounded herself with a new group of friends, who weren’t exactly concerned about her substance use. Witnesses say that during the night out that preceded her overdose, Demi was drinking heavily, and her friends were cheering her every time she took a shot. TMZ says her team tried to stage an intervention a few weeks ago, but obviously, it didn’t work.
MARK ZUCKERBERG recently leapfrogged WARREN BUFFETT to become the third-richest person in the world. But yesterday, Facebook stock dropped 20%, Zuckerberg lost $17.6 billion and fell to SIXTH.

In an interview LANCE ARMSTRONG said he was walking past a bar patio in Denver last summer when some guys recognized him. One said, “Hey Lance,” and Lance was expecting him to send some love his way, but he didn’t. When Lance looked up, the guy just looked at him and said, “[Eff] you! [Eff] you! [Eff] you!” And then, everyone else on the patio JOINED IN. Lance said that 10 years ago, he’d have tried to FIGHT them . . . but it’s different now. Quote, “I’ve never had that happen. I was like, ‘Oh.’ I was shaking!” He got in an Uber and left, but as soon as he got to his destination, he called the manager of the bar, and told him who he was and what had happened. The guy apologized, but that’s not what Lance was after. He gave the manager his credit card number and told him to pick up everybody’s tab. He said, quote, “And tell them that I understand.” He added, quote, “That’s the best thing that I could come up with. Just to say to those people ‘Look, I get it.'”
Country artists may love performing at festivals and fairs, but they’re not so crazy about the heat and humidity. “Billboard” wondered how they cope with it.

It’s finally official: KRISTEN STEWART is doing a “Charlie’s Angels” reboot. The other two Angels will be played by Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska, who you probably haven’t heard of. It’ll be out NEXT September.
The other day we heard MICHAEL RAY say that CARLY PEARCE put the moves on HIM before they started dating. So, CMT asked Carly if he was telling the truth. She said, “Yes, it’s true. I believe ladies, YOLO. ‘You Only Live Once.’ I had a crush on him for a really long time, when we would play shows together, and I didn’t know how to talk to him, because we’re both artists, and that’s weird. “So I just started literally commenting on everything on his [Instagram] story . . . there was no reason why I was doing that. But it took him a long time to get it. I had to spell it out.” Now that they’re together she’s got him willing to watch “The Bachelorette” and eat boring food just to be with her. “I’ve never made him watch it, but he did tell me he would watch it with me. [We] make bland chicken together.”
Michelle Williams has secretely married singer-songwriter, Phil Elverum. Williams, 37, was previously in a three-year relationship with actor Heath Ledger. They had daughter, Matilda, prior to Ledger’s tragic death in 2008 from an accidental overdose of prescription medication.

Monkees fans received some terrifying news on June 21st when the group announced that the final four dates of their The Monkees Present: The Mike & Micky Show would be indefinitely postponed because Michael Nesmith suffered an unspecified health scare. Nesmith stayed completely silent over the next month, but has now broken his silence. He was experiencing severe shortness of breath that caused him to rush to his cardiologist where he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure that required quadruple bypass heart surgery.
JUSTIN THEROUX will voice Tramp in Disney’s remake of “Lady & the Tramp”.
Here’s a tip: Don’t even think about touching JORDAN DAVIS’s beard. Why? “You asking to touch my beard is like me asking to touch a pregnant woman’s stomach. I think that’s like equal in the awkward scale.”
