Warner Bros. has drawn up a proposal for the city of Los Angeles to build a tram that connects the studio lots in Burbank to the famous landmark, along with a visitor center near the sign. The $100 million project would result in a six-minute ride up the back of Mt. Lee where the sign is located.

As expected, the NFL Players Union has filed a grievance over the league’s new National Anthem policy, which requires players to stand if they’re on the field. Any players who DON’T stand will be subject to fines and possible team penalties. The union claims the policy violates the collective bargaining agreement, and infringes on players’ rights.

Buffalo Bills running back LESEAN MCCOY was accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend Delicia yesterday. It started when a friend of hers posted a graphic photo of Delicia’s battered face on Instagram. The post has since been deleted . . . but it pointed the finger at LeSean, and also accused him of beating his son and his dog, and using “illegal steroids.” The cops say Delicia was the victim of a “targeted home invasion” by a single intruder. One person DOES seem to think it was an inside job:  Delicia’s lawyer, who didn’t outright accuse LeSean of orchestrating the attack . . . but it’s clearly implied.  She said Delicia was sleeping when a man entered her home and pistol whipped her. The guy demanded specific items of jewelry that LeSean had given her, and the lawyer also said that before the incident, LeSean would, “often suggest that she COULD be robbed because the jewelry was expensive.” LeSean is denying any involvement.  He said, “The totally baseless and offensive claims made against me today on social media are completely false.”  He also denies having any contact with Delicia in “months.” But TMZ reports that just last month, LeSean tried to have her removed from a home he owned through a court order.  He also asked the judge to force her to give him back some stuff of his that she had. The NFL is reportedly looking into it.

“Indiana Jones 5” is being pushed back to July 9th, 2021 . . . four days before Harrison’s 79th birthday. He’s already 75, and filming hasn’t even begun.

REESE WITHERSPOON is getting her own network AND talk show. But it’s not a TV network . . . it’s VOD.  It’ll be available through DirecTV and AT&T. Oh dear; it appears that Kim Kardashian might be the latest victim of the loosey-goosey use of “literally.” The reality TV sensation took to Twitter on Monday night to lament the lack of television programming that’s to her liking, only to be reminded of her own presence on TV. “There’s literally nothing on TV that I like.”

Some people would say that TAYLOR SWIFT hasn’t evolved as an artist. And Taylor is the first person to admit that her creative PROCESS hasn’t changed. She told “Harper’s Bazaar” magazine, “A lot of songwriting is things you learn, structure, and cultivating that skill, and knowing how to craft a song.  But there are mystical, magical moments, inexplicable moments when an idea that is fully formed just pops into your head.  And that’s the purest part of my job. “It can get complicated on every other level, but the songwriting is still the same uncomplicated process it was when I was 12 years old writing songs in my room.”

JASON ALDEAN and his wife BRITTANY are having a second child. They each posted a photo of their seven-month old son Memphis wearing a onesie with the words “Big Brother” written on the front.  Jason captioned his, “Guess who is gonna be a big brother.”  Brittany wrote, “Here we go again.”  No word on a due date.  Jason has two daughters from his first marriage:  15-year-old Keeley . . . and Kendyl, who’ll be 11 next month.  Also, PBS featured Jason on their “Breaking Big” series.  They went back to his childhood growing up in Georgia, and featured old photos and interviews with family, friends, and music people. They spent a lot of time on what it took for him to “break big”. They interviewed an educator who said Jason was so serious about music that he practiced 12 hours a day . . . year after year. He started playing clubs at 14, and all the hard work paid off when he began winning talent contests.  That talent got him to Nashville and a record deal, but it wasn’t overnight success. Things were changing in Music City – at the time, Nashville was a different game – lots of boy bands that were hot. So, they were trying to make artists look like a boy band member.  Jason said he always wore boots and jeans.  And [they were like] ‘take the hat off’ . . . and he just wasn’t that guy – wasn’t comfortable doing that stuff so he was dropped from the label. And that’s almost like blacklisted and all the other labels are like ‘Something’s wrong.  He must have got dropped for a reason. He was pretty sure the dream was over and told his mom he was thinking of giving it up, and he called his cousin hoping to get hooked up with a factory job in Georgia.  But . . . he had a couple of things to finish up first. One of those “things” was a showcase, and he so rocked the house that a new label signed him.  And then “Hicktown” became a hit and he had a career.

MIKE ELI of the Eli Young Band is a dad again. His wife Kacey gave birth to their second child, a boy named Kash, on Monday.  He posted a photo and wrote, “Thanks for all the well wishes.  We are truly a lucky family.”  The couple has a daughter named Kline who will be six at the end of the month.
