Exclusive Photo Gallery: Go Inside Nashville’s Johnny Cash Museum

The Johnny Cash Museum in downtown Nashville got a tip of the cowboy hat from TripAdvisor, as it was recently named a 2017 Top 25 Trending U.S. Attractions for Summer. Joining national attractions such as Mount Rushmore, Fenway Park and the Grand Canyon on TripAdvisor’s list, the Johnny Cash Museum, which opened in 2013, has become a destination for both tourists and locals.

The museum is dedicated to the life and music career of Johnny and features a comprehensive collection of artifacts and memorabilia from the Man in Black, including stage costumes, instruments, personal letters, artwork and handwritten lyrics, as well as contributions from family members and notable friends.

The Johnny Cash Museum is open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. General admission is $18.95, with discounts for children, senior citizens and military members.
